Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
These terms form a legal agreement between you and Chengdu Sili Technology Co., Ltd., the operator of PickTime, and govern your access to and use of PickTime apps, websites, paid plans, support channels, and AI-assisted productivity features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using PickTime, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
We may update these terms from time to time. If an update materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice in the product or through the contact details associated with your account.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must meet the minimum digital age and legal capacity required to use the service where you live.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or devices, including when you sign in through a third-party identity provider.
3. Service Features and AI Output
PickTime provides planning, focus, review, and follow-through tools and may use automation or AI to generate suggestions, breakdowns, summaries, reminders, and workflow guidance.
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or not unique. It is provided for productivity and informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions, actions, or deadlines based on them.
4. Your Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, including tasks, notes, prompts, files, and feedback.
You grant us and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
You must have the rights needed to upload or share content, and you must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful to others.
5. Plans, Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Credits
Paid plans, add-ons, or usage-based features may renew automatically until canceled, subject to the billing terms shown at checkout and the rules of the payment provider or app store you use. Direct website purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and purchases made through an app store remain subject to that store's checkout and billing rules.
Prices, taxes, included features, usage allowances, and credit rules may change prospectively. Unless required by law, credits or usage balances are not cash, are not refundable, and may expire or reset under the applicable plan.
For direct website purchases processed by Paddle, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date as described in our Refund Policy. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the applicable store refund flow and terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, infringing, or privacy-violating activity.
You must not reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark without permission, bypass rate limits or security controls, introduce malware, spam others, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
You must not use the service or its outputs to impersonate others, deceive users, exploit minors, generate prohibited content, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Third-Party Services and App Stores
The service may rely on third-party products and providers, including Paddle for direct web checkout, app stores, identity providers, analytics tools, hosting services, and AI model providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply to your use of those products.
We are not responsible for third-party products that we do not control, although we may integrate with them or depend on them to deliver parts of the service.
8. Beta Features and Availability
We may offer beta, preview, or experimental features, including AI features, that have reduced reliability, limited support, or different usage limits.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time to improve the service, address security or legal issues, or respond to operational needs.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel paid plans through the applicable billing channel.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created a security risk, failed to pay amounts due, abused the service, or if suspension is needed to protect users, providers, or the platform.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions about payments already due, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related matters, will continue to apply.
10. Intellectual Property and Feedback
PickTime, its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property or the property of our licensors.
Except for the limited rights needed to use the service under these terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim arose or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
12. Supplemental Terms and Contact
Additional product, plan, promotional, community, or purchase terms may apply to specific features or transactions. If supplemental terms conflict with these terms on a specific subject, the supplemental terms control for that subject.
If you have questions about these terms, contact Chengdu Sili Technology Co., Ltd. through the in-product feedback or support channel associated with your account.
If applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights prevail over conflicting parts of these terms.
