PickTime

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

This policy explains how Chengdu Sili Technology Co., Ltd., the operator of PickTime, handles personal information and service data when you use our apps, websites, subscriptions, support channels, and AI-assisted productivity features.

1. Scope and Updates

This policy applies to PickTime services that link to it, including account registration, direct web checkout processed by Paddle, subscription management, customer support, billing, analytics, and AI-assisted task, planning, and follow-through features.

We may update this policy as the service changes. If an update materially affects how we handle personal information, we may provide additional notice inside the product or through the contact details associated with your account.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account and profile information, such as email address, display name, login method, locale, subscription status, and device associations.
  • Content you provide, such as tasks, notes, checklists, prompts, attachments, voice transcripts, reflections, feedback, and support messages.
  • Usage and technical information, such as IP address, browser or device type, identifiers, cookies, crash reports, logs, and product analytics events.

3. Purchases and Customer Support

Purchase and subscription information received from app stores or payment partners such as Paddle, including plan type, renewal state, country, receipt or transaction identifiers, and refund status.

We generally do not receive full bank card details when a third-party payment processor or app store handles the transaction.

Support records and communications, including the messages you send us and the actions we take to resolve an issue, improve reliability, or investigate abuse.

4. How We Use Information

  • To create and secure accounts, sync data across devices, and provide planning, focus, review, reminder, and collaboration features.
  • To operate AI-assisted drafting, decomposition, summarization, recommendation, and workflow features that help you organize and follow through on tasks.
  • To process billing, restore purchases, manage plan limits or usage allowances, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, and enforce our terms.
  • To analyze performance, personalize the experience, improve the service, and send service, security, billing, or policy notices.

5. AI Features and Service Providers

When you use AI features, the prompts, relevant context, attachments, and generated outputs needed to fulfill your request may be processed by model providers and infrastructure vendors acting for us or under their own applicable terms.

We also use providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, communications, customer support, and payments, including Paddle for direct web checkout. They may process the limited data necessary to perform those services for us.

6. Legal Bases and Sharing

Where required by law, we rely on legal bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent when consent is required.

We may disclose information to comply with law, protect users and the service, investigate security incidents or abuse, enforce our terms, or support a merger, financing, asset sale, or similar business transaction.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for unrelated third-party advertising.

7. International Transfers and Retention

Because our providers and infrastructure may operate in multiple countries, your information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction, subject to contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards where applicable.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups, logs, and security records for limited periods.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can review or update certain profile, language, notification, and subscription settings inside the product.

You can request account deletion, data export, or other rights that apply under local law through in-product support or the contact channel we provide.

You can manage cookies, analytics permissions, and device settings through your browser, operating system, or app settings, although some features may stop working properly.

9. Children and Sensitive Situations

Unless a product flow expressly says otherwise, PickTime is not directed to children below the minimum digital age in the region where they use the service.

PickTime is designed for productivity and self-management support. It is not a medical, psychiatric, crisis-response, or emergency service, and you should use appropriate professional or emergency resources when needed.

10. Security and Contact

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact Chengdu Sili Technology Co., Ltd. through the in-product feedback or support channel associated with your account.

If mandatory local law gives you additional privacy rights, those rights supplement this policy.
